01 / Materials
Why we choose Lucitone.
We use Lucitone Digital Print for the denture base and Lucitone Digital IPN for the teeth. Two materials, each with a role in one digital system: a strong foundation and aesthetic teeth.
Resistance to fracture
According to Dentsply Sirona, Lucitone Digital Print exceeds ISO requirements for high-impact denture base materials. A foundation for dentures designed for everyday use.
Greater resistance at body temperature
This smart polymer responds to body temperature. Manufacturer data shows that its work of fracture at 37 °C is approximately twice the value at room temperature: more energy is needed to fracture the material.
Aesthetics start with the base
Lucitone offers a choice of base shades. Combined with the shape and shade of IPN teeth, this gives dentists and technicians options for creating a natural-looking denture.
The manufacturer’s laboratory data compares the material’s work of fracture at 37 °C with its value at room temperature; it does not describe the service life of a denture.
IPN: teeth with character
Lucitone Digital IPN 3D Premium Tooth is a dedicated material for printing teeth. Dentsply Sirona highlights its high wear resistance and translucency. In the Lucitone system, the teeth are bonded to the printed base: each component serves its own purpose.

02 / Technology
The whole process shapes the result.
At VolfDent, we print on Primeprint by Dentsply Sirona. The system brings Lucitone materials into a digital production process, from design to the finished denture. Primeprint’s manufacturer is Sirona Dental Systems GmbH, based in Bensheim, Germany.
Dentsply Sirona has validated the combination of Primeprint, Lucitone Digital Print and Lucitone Digital IPN for denture production. Printing, post-processing and bonding the components are all part of the manufacturer's defined workflow. This coordinated process puts the technology to work.
A quality result begins before printing: with clinical records, considered design and verification. During training, we explain what the lab needs and how to prepare each case.

03 / Getting started
We visit. We train. You order.
You do not have to work out every detail of submitting a digital case on your own. We start with your team and a clear process.
Training at your clinic
We visit your clinic for practical training: how to scan for removable dentures and which records to send to the lab.
Help with a scanner
No scanner of your own? We can provide one free of charge so your clinic can start sending us digital orders.
Send us your case
We show you how to submit scans correctly and which records are needed for the denture. You send the case; we take care of the lab work.
Receive the finished denture
We print on Primeprint, make the denture with Lucitone and IPN, and arrange delivery. Express orders can be completed in as little as 48 hours, including delivery.
04 / When time matters
Made. And delivered.
When your patient needs a fast result, we can make and deliver a denture in as little as 48 hours. Contact us to discuss your case and express production.
Ask about express availability when placing your order.
Discuss an urgent caseFor an ongoing partnership
Start with one case. Build a regular workflow.
If your clinic needs dentures regularly and in volume, we can start by training your team and agreeing on how to submit cases. We will discuss expected volume, turnaround and delivery to make the partnership work smoothly from the start.

Before the first scan.
Is the whole denture printed from one Lucitone material?
Each component has its own role. We use Lucitone Digital Print 3D Denture Base for the base and Lucitone Digital IPN 3D Premium Tooth for the teeth. We print on Primeprint and bond the components to create the finished denture.
Can we get started without a scanner?
Yes. We can provide a free scanner and show you how to scan for dentures and send us the records. Start by booking a training visit at your clinic.
Will every denture be ready within 48 hours?
Our express service can include production and delivery in as little as 48 hours. Tell us about your case and we will confirm whether that turnaround is available.
Is one intraoral scan enough?
Not in every case. The records needed depend on the clinical situation and may include bite registration, records of an existing denture, impressions or a try-in. Our training covers case submission; clinical decisions remain with the treating dentist.
Do you handle regular and high-volume orders?
Yes. We help you establish a regular process for submitting cases: we train your team, explain scan requirements and discuss expected volume. Contact us to get started.
